As Lynn retraces Layla’s journey—from selling paintings in Central Park to leaving hidden notes in a ramen shop—she confronts grief and finds comfort in their shared dreams. Standing beneath the red tree that inspired Layla’s art, Lynn discovers that even in loss, their friendship remains a lasting source of strength and meaning.
